Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing for your Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) session—no need to undress. 
Avoid restrictive garments, including bras, to allow your body to move freely and respond better to the treatment.

 MLD is a gentle, therapeutic technique that helps your body clear excess fluid and waste. Using light pressure and specific stretches, it encourages lymph flow toward nodes where toxins are filtered. Our method targets both surface and deeper areas to support long-term balance. You may feel lighter after one session, but consistent treatments help your body maintain efficient drainage. MLD supports swelling, lymphedema, post-surgery recovery, skin conditions, and overall detox. Hydration after treatment is recommended.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Modern cupping therapy combines traditional principles with contemporary tools and techniques to provide safe, effective, and versatile treatments for various health and wellness concerns.
