Distant Reiki is a wonderful way to receive healing from the convenience of your own home or other private location. If you cannot attend a treatment in person for any reason or struggle for time, remote healing sessions are an equally effective option to consider. 

You will receive a step-by-step guide on how to prepare yourself and your healing space for the session. On the day of your appointment, we'll begin with a brief discussion over a video call before we commence with the Reiki healing. Additionally, you will receive an audio recording to listen to during your session with soothing music and guided steps to full relax.

During the session, I will remotely facilitate gentle energy work by focusing on your energy field and sending Reiki energy toward it. There's no physical touch required; it's entirely up to your comfort level. 

We’ll reconnect at the end of the session over a video call to discuss your experience and address any questions you may have.

Reiki Distant Session

Each session begins with a brief discussion of your specific needs and goals, session overview and an explanation of what you can expect from the experience. You will then be invited to lay down on your back, fully-clothed, and relax on a comfortable treatment table. The session is supported by gentle music designed to help you calm your mind and relax your body.

During the session, I will connect with the Reiki energy to your energy-field by applying gentle hand placements either on or just above your main body parts (physical touch is optional) depending on the requirements of your body and session goals. This process aims to find and release stagnant energy, rejuvenate areas low in energy, and restore a sense of peace, grounding, and wholeness.

Your comfort and well-being are paramount, and your role is simply to surrender to the experience and let it unfold.

Following the session, there will be an opportunity to discuss your experience and address any questions you may have.
