Express back massage 

Swedish massage is the use of classic massage techniques to manipulate soft tissue for relaxation and holistic therapeutic purposes. There are many benefits that Swedish massage provide, such as:
`1) Pain Management
2) Relaxation
3) Increased circulation
4) Decreased fatigue
5) Reduction in Anxiety and depression.
It has also been said that one hour of full body massage is the equivalent of 8 hours of a good night’s sleep.
90 minutes will include feet and hands if ok with client.
120 minutes will include feet, hands and facial/scalp (indian head) massage. 

Swedish Massage

Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesion's (the “knots” that we feel in our muscles). These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation. Firm pressure and slow strokes are applied to reach deeper layers of muscle. This treatment can be full body or focused on a particular area. Advanced and sports massage techniques are used.
I would recommend the 90 or 120 minute treatment time if you want full body. Longer treatments can include feet, hands and facial (indian head) massage if you like. We will discuss in the consultation beforehand. 

Deep Tissue Massage

This treatment includes the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. It stimulates the nerves from the head area which helps you to relax which, in turn, improves mental and physical health. Pressure points are used to relax the mind and body. The effects include of this massage include:
``1) Relieves mental and emotional stress like headache, depression and insomnia
2) Improves sinus problems
3) Relaxes the muscles and relieves tension
4) Stimulates hair growth 

Please wear little or no makeup as it includes facial massage. 

Indian head massage

This treatment includes the whole back of body which is where most people feel soreness or tightness. Radiating or referred pain can for example occur along the back of the leg but be felt in further up the back so this massage will treat the source and where the pain is felt. Helpful for people who run/exercise frequently.

Back of body massage (Deep tissue) 

If you work at a computer all day with your back hunched over and your neck craned then this treatment is for you. If you're feeling any tightness or restriction in your lower or upper back then this will help relieve that.
