A detailed Nutrition Assessment including medical history, family medical history, weight history, pathology results, clinical history (symptoms, sleep, bowel motions), DEXA body composition, macro & micronutrient dietary analysis. Together we will build a plan to improve your wellbeing and help you reach your personal goals. Supplement recommendations, if suitable will be provided.

Initial Appointment

Take the next step in your nutrition journey with a personalised review session. Your progress, goals, and strategies will be reassessed based on your recent experiences. If you have new blood results or DEXA scans, these can also be reviewed if time allows. If it has been over 9 months since your last visit, please book an extended review appointment. 

Bundle & Save: Membership bundles are available for multiple visits. Speak to our team to find out more. By bundling appointments we can implement regular visits that give you the accountability you need to make lasting changes whilst saving your back pocket. Habits take time to form so this is a great option and something I thoroughly recommend for success.
