•Late fee: $10 after 15 minutes | Appointment will be cancelled after 20 minutes 

•Hair must be detangled and placed into 4-6 twists. 

•A blow out is required for ALL natural hair clients when booking any braided style. 

•All clients must arrive with CLEAN, PRODUCT FREE hair. No oils, grease or curling products (This is to prevent products mixing and leaving visible residue on your hair.
