Assisted stretching is a hands-on method that has gained popularity as a standalone treatment.

These sessions are based on my Thai Yoga Stretches qualifications, which include work on the table and floor.
They will feature a movement routine, Yoga Style, that will help to relax the body and reduce mental stress through calming breathing techniques and a slow pace.

I will help you with stretches that go beyond what you can achieve on your own, targeting specific muscle groups and improving overall mobility.

The deep and targeted stretching helps alleviate muscle tightness and stiffness that can contribute to pain and discomfort.

It will increase the range of movement in your joints and improve flexibility, making you feel looser and lighter.

For those more into Sports, it will lead to better performance.
By increasing joint mobility and muscle elasticity, assisted stretching encourages more fluid circulation, oxygen, and nutrients, speeding the recovery.
