At the end of the session, integration is needed, and relaxation and meditation techniques will be used to help you feel more centred and at ease. The massage is personalized to each client's needs, with techniques chosen based on a pre-massage assessment. The aim is to create a rejuvenating and refreshing experience for the client.

Signature Remedial Massage 

Oil massage relieves head, neck and shoulder tension. It may alleviate symptoms of migraines and tension headaches. An Ayurvedic nourishing hair oil that is 100% natural and organic, suitable for all hair types and colours, can be used for this treatment. 

Indian Head Massage 

  This massage therapy utilizes a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, stretches, and breathing exercises to enhance breathing capacity and induce relaxation. Research indicates that this approach can effectively relieve respiratory problems by reducing tension and adhesions in the breathing muscles. Myofascial release focuses on the fascia, a connective tissue that can become tight due to physical trauma, inflammation, or emotional stress, resulting in postural issues and restrictive patterns. Applying sustained pressure to the fascia can release tension and improve flexibility, leading to improved posture, movement patterns, and pain relief.

Signature Breath Massage 

                                                 
A traditional ayurvedic practice that promotes lymphatic cleansing, supporting the natural process of detoxification in the body. Recommended if you are feeling sluggish, lethargic, have constipation or have a taxed immune system. Also, great for late winter into spring, when Kapha can be accumulated in the lymph and create stagnation. It is performed using raw silk gloves to brush the skin firmly and quickly. This is a great ad on before any massage, particularly Abhyanga.

Ayurvedic dry Lymphatic massage- Garshana       

Udvartana is an Ayurvedic massage that uses brisk strokes and penetrating herbs( herbal powder)  to create heat in the body, which can help reduce lethargy, release toxins, reduce fluid retention, and improve circulation. This is the treatment of choice when undergoing a weight loss routine, helps decrease Kapha and Vata.

This massage includes much more than a simple facial treatment. In my Ayurvedic-inspired facial, I use natural and organic products tailored to your needs. Expect cleansing wash and exfoliation, steam, natural face lift massage, manual lymphatic drainage, marma therapy, Kansa wand massage, face mask, toning and serum application, depending on your skin type. Kansa wand is an Indian healing metal used to help your skin glow and melt away tension. You can also choose to have a short head, neck or feet massage during your face mask treatment or add on any other treatment.

Initial Ayurvedic Acupuncture-Marmapuncture

During the initial consultation, the practitioner will gather information about your medical and family history, current health concerns, lifestyle factors, emotional concerns, dietary choices, and exercise habits. Prior to the consultation, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and a seven-day food journal. The approach to Ayurvedic treatments is slow and steady, with the ideal time frame for seeing results being about three months. Consultations will include a combination of tools for healing body, mind, and spirit, such as Ayurvedic treatments, dietary recommendations, lifestyle plans, herbal remedies, breath work, yoga/exercise prescription, and meditation and relaxation techniques. The consultations are hosted in person or online, and after the session, you will receive a customized diet and lifestyle plan, including any necessary herbal remedies.

Initial Ayurvedic consultation 

The follow-up session is typically scheduled 3-4 weeks after the previous consultation to allow for the effects of the prescribed herbs and dietary/self-care changes to be observed. The main goal of the follow-up session is to modify or fine-tune the treatment plan as necessary.
