Due to changes in legislation we are now required to see you face to face each time before we can prescribe your products and undertake your treatment. This is a 5 minute slot for a catch up with you regarding your medical history and treatment plan. 
This must be booked before your Botox treatments appointment, you can book them together, just ensure there is a 48 hour gap in between appointments to allow us time to order your product from the pharmacy.

Vitamin B12 Injection Consultation
