Advanced Booking: Clients are encouraged to book their appointments 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.  Appointments can be made via website link in our bio. 

Confirmation: A confirmation email or text will be sent to client upon booking. Please ensure that all contact information is accurate to receive notifications. 

A non-refundable retainer of $2500 is required 1 hour after booking for appointments to be confirmed. 

For sales or specials advertised full payment is required for appointments.

Booking Policy 

* Absolutely no extra company is allowed when coming to your appointment unless approval was given. 

* Hair must be properly shampooed before styling since we currently do not offer shampoo services. 

* If you use a prescribed hair treatment please bring it with you.

*Hairstyle cannot be changed on the day of appointment. 

*Please let us know of any allergies or scalp conditions when appointment Is booked.

* Please ensure all wigs and bundles or clean before appointments.

* Please utilize the notes tab when booking an appointment or confirm special request via WhatsApp before booking to ensure you have a successful service experience.

Salon Rules

Accepted Methods: We currently only accept bank transfer and cash payments. Payment is due at time of service. 

Deposits: Deposits are required for all services to secure your appointment.  Deposits are non refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Refunds: All sales for services and products are final. If there are any issues with the service received please contact the salon within 48 hours for resolution.
