Thankyou for your feedback & I apologise you aren’t happy with the results of your brows. I have attempted to contact you to get you back in so I can rectify your brows for you however I unfortunately have not received a response. 

Please note that you booked the Signature Brow Sculpt which includes Hybrid Brow Dye. I disclosed with you at the beginning of service that the Hybrid Brow Dye does take darker & bolder than regular tint, which in result gives a longer lasting stain. I used Light Brown on you which is the lightest colour available in the range & followed your natural brow shape which you confirmed your wanted to define & keep your fullness of your brow prior to application. I would recommend trying a regular Brow Tint & Wax in future to achieve more natural results as it won’t stain the skin like Hybrid Brow Dye does.
