📍We do not refill other artist’s work. Please don’t book a refill with us if we didn’t apply your initial set. Some styles and techniques don’t mesh well with the techniques we were trained to perform. We want to guarantee quality is delivered to you every time and we can only offer that when 100% of the set is done by us.

📍Late Cancellation & No shows
Our system sends out 3 confirmation email reminders. Cancellations under 24hrs and no shows will be subject to the FULL COST of the appointment before we can confirm another appointment. 
📍Late Arrivals 
We understand that life happens and traffic too but if you’re going to be late, please let us know. Your booking will be considered a no show after 15 mins and no call to say you’re late. The no show policy will be applicable.

This promo is only available to besties who are booked on the same day. Please put your bestie’s name in the comment section of your online booking. This is a single service that equates to ONE BOOKING. 
Your bestie has to make a separate booking with her name and contact information. 
For example- Sarah and Liz are besties. 
Sarah has to  make a booking for herself and place Liz’s name in the comment section.
