With a bsc in Sport & Exercise Science and extensive experience in massage therapy since 2018. Previously worked in a Rodney Street clinic and currently at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, focusing on injury prevention and recovery for professional dancers in training.

Despite the name, sports massage isn’t only for athletes - it’s ideal for relieving everyday aches and pains picked up from a busy lifestyle.

Liam was great, firstly he came to find me when i couldn't find the entrance to the clinic, but ( and more importantly) he really did an excellent job loosening my very tight lower back and thigh muscles. Bit tender the day after but I  was able to enjoy my day out and about in Liverpool.

I believe a client centred approach is best and will work with you to create a lifestyle plan that works for you, no fad diets, no big cardio regimes. Lifestyle Coaching

The rehab package is for those wanting to take action on their lived-with pain, improve mobility, and overall functional strength. The package is suitable for the everyday person, avid fitness enthusiasts, or athletes and can be tailored around current training plans and lifestyle habits.

You will receive an assessment, treatment, a six-week in-app guided training plan, and final treatment.

At your first appointment, we will discuss your lifestyle habits, health history, and current concerns, followed by an assessment to identify problem areas. Then, I’ll provide hands-on treatment to ease tension and improve mobility.

Following the session, I will onboard you into my app, where I will build a bespoke six-week training plan to help you rebuild a functional and happy body.

Over the six weeks, your progress will be monitored, and you will have access to me for advice and updates through the in-app messenger.

Finally, we will book you back in for a final 1h assessment and treatment.

Rehab Package

At your appointment, we will be discussing your health history and current concerns, followed by an assessment to identify problem areas (initial 15 minutes followed by treatment). 

Then, I’ll provide hands-on treatment to ease tension and improve mobility. To finish, I’ll recommend remedial exercise to continue at home or in the gym.

If you have a specific injury, need an assessment, or remedial exercises, please book an initial consultation.

Our Sports Massage combines effective techniques to relieve everyday aches and pains from a busy lifestyle, whether thats:  work, daily activities, or sports. 

While remedial exercises may be recommended, hands-on therapy is a key part of the treatment.

Sports Massage

This style of massage is for people who are looking to release tension, aid with stress relief and want to unwind. Specialised techniques concentrate on specific areas of concern and alleviate common discomforts.
 
Please note that this is not a Sports Massage. A brief history will be taken but a discussion of injury is not included. Lifestyle changes and remedial exercises will not be advised.
