LCR Relaxation Day Fundraiser events are held on 2-3 select Sundays per month for private sessions that you can book for your relaxation needs. On two select Sundays per month from 9am - 4pm I offer private sessions of foot reflexology, Reiki or The Alexander Method of Vibrational Sound & Energy therapy. On 1 select Sunday a month starting at 2PM I offer Group Sound Bath/Chakra Affirmation/Meditation sessions. All events are open to the public and 40% of the proceeds from each session gets donated to Last Chance Ranch for the animals in need.

Full lymphatic drainage technique consists of using the 32 cps Otto tuning fork using a very slow-paced movement with the weighted end of the fork just slightly above the physical body following the pathway to the heart. Starting at the wrist with your hands above the head slowly tracing a path towards the heart 3x on each arm. Then each side of the neck towards the heart 3x each side and then each leg from the toes to the heart on each leg. Next, we use the weighted end of the fork directly on the body to follow these same pathways toward the heart 3x in each location. A mini session will consist of the same technique done on the upper half of the body or the lower half of the body. The vibration of the fork mimics a full body natural lymphatic pumping action. Contraindications: If you have any of the following conditions this type of therapy is not recommended. Blood clotting issues, varicose (bulging) veins, pacemaker or defibrillator type implants. 

TAM Otto Tuning Fork Lymph Drainage Session

The Alexander Method (T.A.M.) with the use of the Solfeggio seven frequencies & sacred Ohm and Otto weighted body tuners which incorporates the opening, balancing, aligning and connecting of the 7 chakras with the 7 energy bodies or layers of the auric field. By tapping specifically tuned frequency tuning forks, you will instantaneously alter your body’s biochemistry and bring your nervous system, muscle tone and organs into harmonic balance and will put your body into a deep state of relaxation. The 20–25-minute mini–T.A.M. Otto tuning forks session will consist of not only using the sound vibration but also placing the forks directly on specific points of the body. Or a mini chakra balancing tuning session which uses the sacred Ohm tuning fork and the 7 Solfeggio frequency forks to tune & balance the chakras. The 45-50-minute T.A.M. Solfeggio tuning forks session consists of using specific sound vibration frequencies & the sacred Ohm tuner within the etheric field to balance chakras.

Vibrational Sound & Energy Therapy - Tuning Forks

Participants will be seated to start in this group event which includes the use of different vibrational sound instruments such as crystal & metal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, chimes, gong, drums and tuning forks. I will give an opening introduction/protection statement to set the session up for the cleansing & balancing of the chakras in order one-by-one by sounding each crystal bowl with the use of 3 spoken affirmation statements that are repeated in unison for each chakra to put into place. Followed by intuitively playing of all the different instruments for meditation & reflection which you may lay down for if you wish. By participating in this event, it may help to create deep relaxation, release stagnant energy, cleanse, balance & reset the chakras and improve sleep. Given that sound moves energy, the frequencies allow for the opportunity to open up and let go of what may be held on a physical, mental or emotional level all within a safe, nurturing environment. Limit 10 spots.

Group Sound Bath & Chakra Affirmation/Meditation

Reiki is a non-intrusive Japanese healing technique were universal life-force energy or chi flows through a trained practitioner's hands into the recipient, which can be used to reduce pain, stress & anxiety and helps with relaxation that also promotes healing to harmonize all aspects of the person - Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit. The 20-25-minute mini session consists of checking your chakras by using a pendulum & "reading" your energy (hands held off the body for all head & upper chest work). The 45–50-minute full session will allow more time spent in each of the 10 hand positions for self-healing to occur.

Foot reflexology is done by manually stimulating specific reflex areas and points on the feet in conjunction with the Chinese Meridian System, which in turn sends a signal through the central nervous system to the brain prompting relaxation in every organ, gland and body system to help bring the body back into balance. The mini session will consist of 20-25 minutes of reflexology & relaxation techniques done on the plantar surface (bottoms) of the feet. The full foot session will consist of 45-50 minutes of work on the entire foot and ankle areas of the feet.
