A 15 minute grace period is allowed for all appointments .

After 10 minutes a late fee of $15 will be applied to your services.

After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled unless you have more than one service (eg. Lashes & sugaring ).

If you’ve booked multiple services and arrive after 15 minutes you’ll then choose one service to proceed with.

If you’re 30 minutes late for multiple services your appointment will be canceled and the following will apply :

Cancellation and No-show policy 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a non refundable fee of $30.

This fee must be paid before you are able to rebook.
