When you arrive, kindly wait in your car and text me—I'll let you know when I'm ready for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules; late changes will incur a 50% fee. All appointments must be confirmed via Fresha at least one day in advance to avoid automatic cancellation and to allow space for the waitlist.
