We will explore blockages in your chakras, and open up your miridian pathways during your Reiki session, similar to that in an acupuncture session (except without needles). You are completely dressed, there is no massage in a Reiki session. The practitioner places their hands with a light touch or over different areas of the body, such as chakra energy centers, every joint, feet, and head. This is an extremely relaxing and destressing bodywork session. Every experience is unique to the individual. You may experience warmth or tingling sensations, and a deep sense of calmness. This is also a wonderful experience for those who have feelings of depression or anxiety, easing worry and stress.

Foot Massage is a service that can be added to any massage session- whether you're on your feet all day, have any orthopedic foot issues, or just love a good foot massage- this will leave your feet feeling refreshed.  Hot towels will be wrapped around your feet to warm them up while on the table.

Foot Massage

First I will assess any unbalance of the Chakra centers that are interfering with the energy pathways in the body. I will then use Reiki techniques to open and balance the 7 main energy centers. This is done with different hand placements. You may feel different sensations, such as warmth or tingling, but most of all clients usually experience a deep relaxation. This brings a sense of balance, while easing anxiety, depresson, worry, and stress.

Relieve tight, painful fascia and deep chronic muscle tension with cupping therapy. Silicone cups are used to glide across the back and shoulders, helping to release tight soft tissues and bring new blood flow to the area. The cups are then placed statically to enhance deep muscle release while relieving adhesions and trigger points. Cupping is used in conjunction with regular massage techniques, not taking place of the entire massage.
