If the deposit is not received via drop-off or bank transfer, your booking will not be secured. There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness; after that, the appointment will be canceled. No-call, no-shows are unacceptable. To maintain a comfortable space, extra guests are not allowed. A mask is required for entry.
