The Softening - 60 minutes

 A more expansive journey that includes all the goodness of the 60-minute session, with added time to tend lovingly to the head, and to melt more deeply into the layers of the back. This session allows for slower, more intentional work where your body holds the most tension — inviting release, spaciousness, and a deeper sense of support. A beautiful choice when you're needing to feel more grounded, open, and held.


The Deepening – 90 minutes 

A deeply immersive experience — spacious, unhurried, and lovingly attentive. This is the most comprehensive of all my offerings, with time to nurture your whole being from head to toe. The full body is honoured — both front and back — allowing for deep release, longer flowing strokes, and intuitive attention wherever it’s needed most.
 The pace is slow and rhythmic, inviting your nervous system to soften, your breath to deepen, and your heart to rest. With every moment, this session offers an opportunity to be completely held — physically, emotionally, energetically. You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and wholly at home in yourself.
