Deep Tissue massage is a form of massage involving soft tissue manipulation to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity.

This massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma.

The most common type of massage is Swedish therapy. Soft, long, kneading with light, rhythmic tapping strokes on the topmost layers of muscles.
