This is an option for clients, not seeking one-to-one ongoing coaching. Who is tracking and feel comfortable with using nutrition tracking apps and just want to obtain calorie and macro calculations suited to their goals. 
You will be provided with evidence-based and appropriate calculations to enter into your tracking app, we will first meet in the clinic ( or online) with a quick session to obtain all relevant information to set calculations.

Nutrition Initial Consultation

A one-off Consultation (60-90 minutes), for those who don't require personalised 1:1 coaching however looking for guidance and support from an evidence-based practitioner around nutrition and health.

This consultation is an opportunity to ask a question or two in relation to your nutrition and/or lifestyle. 

E.g. How to prepare meals when time poor? Confused about the mixed nutrition messages in the media? Need help creating an action plan or meal schedule? 

You will be sent a question form prior to our appointment to complete, which I will then be able to dedicate time providing to the most appropriate answer and feedback during the session. 


Nutrition one-off consultation 

Follow up Consultation, where we will be addressing areas of your journey and focusing on wins, achievements, and successes. Also, work through any roadblocks that may cause delays in achieving your current set goals.
