In your Spinal Energetics session, I combine with manual therapy such as trigger point release, kinesiology muscle testing to find the underlying imbalances, acupressure, tuning forks, flower essences and more. Each session is based on you as an individual and what you need in that moment in time for your desired outcome or goal. All home support is included in your session price, including flower essences, sprays etc.

A 45 minute session for children with a parent present, using a combination of Kinesiology, Acupressure, Energy healing, movement and more to bring your child’s body back to balance or work towards a specific goal.

To clear pain, underlying emotional stress or stored trauma in the body, limiting beliefs, to improve sleep and energy levels, learn how to express emotions in an healthy way, focus and concentration, build self esteem and self love and more.

Children’s session Kinesiology Flow

A 60 minute session, using a combination of Kinesiology and Manual Therapy to bring your body back to balance or work towards a specific goal.

Working to clear pain, underlying emotional stress or stored trauma in the body, limiting beliefs and sabotage programs that are holding you back from living a life you love, to improve sleep and energy levels and so much more.

Kinesiology Flow session

Kinesiology

A 1 hour intuitive massage which starts with a relaxing foot soak while you sip a cup of herbal tea followed by a combination of deep tissue massage, relaxing massage, cupping, and acupressure. A custom massage to give your body, mind and soul exactly what they need in the moment for your highest good. 

Intuitive Massage

A remedial massage for tight and sore muscles that may be restricted and need to release. Using a variety of techniques which may include one or many of the following: deep tissue massage, fascia release, trigger points, cupping, and stretches.
Private health fund rebates may apply depending on your extras cover. Receipts provided to claim.
