- You will be called once at your selected time and if the call is missed you will need to reschedule 
- An appointment will need to be booked as well as a consultation- if for any reason you feel as though you’ve booked in the wrong service after the call, this can always be amended.
- Consultations are free and have a duration of 10 mins, calls going over this time will be charged at £2 a min.
