Manual Lymphatic Drainage is primarily used to promote the optimal functioning of the lymphatic vessels that lead to the circulatory system. The gentle Vodder techniques used in this treatment helps to relax the sympathetic nervous system, it reduces pain and enhances the activity of the immune system.

MLD is effective in the treatment of various problems including Oedema, Sinus congestion, headaches, digestive disorders, Lymphoedema and Lipodema.
