A pregnancy massage is a perfect solution to the stress and discomfort of pregnancy and a regular massage can help facilitate a faster post-pregnancy recovery.

At your first appointment you will have a consultation, discussing and concerns and/or any muscles or areas that require special attention.

The massage is carried out with you lying on your side, first one side and then the other, and you will be supported with pillows and towels to ensure you are comfortable.

The massage covers legs and feet, hands and arms, back, neck, shoulders and scalp and is finished with an optional bump massage.
