Serendipity winter back ritual

Back massage

Starting by laying comfortable on your side, an ear candle is gently placed inside the opening of the ear hole & lit. 
Each ear candle will burn for approximately 10-20 minutes
Once ear candling has been performed a short facial drainage massage using gua sha crystals will be performed on the face. 

Hopi ear candles

Skin is gently cleansed & a scrub applied to exfoliate dead skin cells. 
Heated mitts are used to remove dirt & debris. 
A relaxing swedish back massaged is performed to soothe tired & aching muscles. 

Back massage & scrub

Eyes & face are gently
cleansed & toned using professional grade products & heated mitts. 
A medical grade scalpel is used to perform skin exfoliation & removal of soft hairs.
A hydrating toner is applied followed by a fast acting painless skin peel which exfoliates & removes built up dirt & dead skin cells. 
A prescribed face mask is applied whilst you are given the choice of neck & shoulder or scalp massage. 
A pressure point facial massage is performed by hand followed by gua sha crystals used to massage & soothe the skin, relax facial muscles & drain lymph. 
Eye cream is applied followed by a hydrating moisturiser and serum.
