Thai yoga massage is performed whilst fully dressed and lying on my comfortable futon. Targeting the back, this treatment begins at your feet and works all the way up to your shoulders, gently stretching and massaging you.  A surprisingly relaxing and effective treatment. My favourite therapy both to give and receive, Thai Yoga Massage is sometimes called lazy person’s yoga. It is an ancient traditional Thai healing therapy. It combines principles of acupressure, reflexology, assisted progressive stretching and yoga. With the client fully clothed, the therapist uses feet, elbows, palms, thumbs and knees to apply gentle pressure and yoga stretches to the body. The movements and stretches take place in a smooth, flowing sequence, generating feelings of deep relaxation and balance within the receiver’s body.
