Expect slow, detailed deep tissue techniques combined with advanced tools and modalities such as cupping, gua sha (scraping tools), Thai-inspired stretches, and resisted PNF stretching. For enhanced recovery, sessions may also include cooling CryoDerm gel to soothe sore or inflamed areas.
Best for athletes, active individuals, or anyone dealing with long-standing tightness and tension.

Your service will begin with you laying on our super comfortable heated massage table receiving cold therapy on your face, head and neck. Your Massage Therapist will use several cold tools including cold stones, jade roller & gua sha. Cold therapy will take down inflammation in your sinus and calm the nerves in the face and head and can assist in lymphatic drainage. 
For the second half of your service your Massage Therapists will move down to your feet and use heat!  Using hot towels or hot stones they will give you a heavenly foot massage. This will stimulate circulation and increase blood flow in your legs and feet.  
This service is wonderfully relaxing for everyone & especially good for migraine sufferers and people who have neuropathy.

Cold Crown - Face/Head/Neck

Cupping therapy is an form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts suction cups on your skin using movement as well as leaving the cup for a few minutes.  Benefits include helping with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cups can leave marks that look like bruises but they are not painful.
The cupping will be included in your massage session.

Upgrade your massage with our heavenly hot stones. 8 volcanic hot stones will be worked into your massage to melt your muscles and tension away during your session.

Your skin will love you and you will enjoy every second. Choose from our excellent Organic Face Masks!  Your face is steamed with hot towels, then your mask is applied rests soaking into your skin while you are receiving your massage. When your mask is removed you face is massaged and then steamed with hot towels a second time.

Dry-brushing is an excellent way to exfoliate!  We will dry brush your body and then warm towel your skin.  Your skin will love it and be ready to absorb all the wonderful oils and lotions we use during your massage session.
