You might be charged for a private session rate in the following situations:
    A. If you haven't lodged an ACC number yet for your injuries. If so, please book in with our physio/osteo or your GP/phyiso/chiro/osteo to lodge a ACC45 number for ACC-funded acupuncture treatments.
    B. If your ACC number has expired, meaning it has been more than one year since your injury happened. If you still suffer from the old injury, we can help you to apply for extension of treatments but it is up to ACC whether your case will get approved. 
    C. If your have had more than 12 acupuncture sessions under your ACC number, or it has been more than 12 weeks since you started your first acupuncture session under the same ACC number. If so, you may need to pay a private rate for treatments, or lodge a new ACC number if you have new injuries (option A).
