LED light therapy is a painless, safe FDA cleared & EU certified non-invasive, non-toxic treatment used for acne, skin conditions, scarring & pigmentation, ageing, pain management & wound healing.

Originally developed by NASA for use in space for its therapeutic medical benefits including treatment of skin, muscle, joints & pain. Skin cells absorb the emitted light energy to improve cellular performance on a microscopic level. The repair & replenishment of compromised tissue cells are accelerated.
Blue light is clinically-proven to kill acne causing bacteria at the source by emitting wavelengths of blue light through the top layer of the skin, as well as reducing inflammation & redness often associated with acne. Reflexology. A health boosting form of foot massage based on zone therapy to break down any blockages within the body’s energy channels. The entire body is mapped onto the feet and Reflex points are stimulated through specific massage techniques whereby illness and imbalance can be identified and treated. As well as the powerful healing properties this treatment will soothe tired feet and induce deep relaxation, lower stress levels, boost circulation and overall well-being. Feet are soaked in a hot water bath with Himalayan salts and essential oils to be cleansed, a foot balm is applied before beginning the treatment with added hot stones for relaxation.

Earthed for 2 - Sound, Reiki & Massage

Using a combination of tools and manual massage. Full body gua sha can help increase circulation, hydrate fascia, drain lymph, loosen muscle knots, release tightness, and improve range of motion. Great for shoulder and neck pain. Redness dissipates after 5-10 minutes. 


Gua Sha massage 

Warm oils, pressure points, combs, hair stimulation and scalp massage with varied pressure and techniques, this is one of my ultimate favourites. This very indulgent treatment is a huge stress buster and energy lifter perfect for headaches, neck pain, stress, a dry scalp and hair growth stimulation. A blend of essential oils including Rosemary (a hair growth stimulant) are applied before the magic begins, you will go home with the oils soaking into your hair and scalp. For best results sleep overnight and wash the next day. 

Scalp Ritual 

Facial. After an in-depth consultation skin is double cleansed and exfoliated. Hot towels open up pores and soften skin to allow maximum production absorption of serums, mists and oils. A bespoke home-made face mask is applied whilst you enjoy a neck, shoulder and Indian head massage. Face is massaged and manipulated using a combination of advanced techniques, Gua Sha tools and high quality locally sourced ingredients tailored to your skin, body and how you’re feeling. Using natural, vegan ingredients and essential oils bespoke to you. PLUS LED light therapy for 20 minutes at the end of your treatment. Red light for anti-ageing & Blue for acne-fighting.

60 min Bespoke Facial + LED Light therapy

Not sure what you’ll really need in 4 weeks time? Don’t add anymore stress to your life worrying about it and let me know how you’re feeling when you come in on the day. We can figure out what’s going to work best for you on the day and in the moment, based on your stress levels, emotional and physical suntans and any niggles you may have. We may do a full 90 minute massage with some hot stones or Reflexology thrown in or maybe a Facial with a deep cleansing scalp massage is just what you need.

Bespoke 90 minute face/body treatment 

A unique treatment tailored to you and your bump! The hour can be tweaked to your needs but will generally include the following: Leg and foot massage to ease any swelling with safe Reflexology points stimulated, a gentle back massage whilst on your side with bump balm applied to hips and tummy or a relaxing express Facial treating any skin complaints with added neck, shoulder and head massage. 
Your comfort will be top priority with the majority of the treatment spent on your left side with supporting pillows to look after you and baby safely. The treatment lasts one hour but an extra 15 minutes is added to ensure we have the time to address any extra needs and get you extra comfortable.
