10 out of 10! I turned up with a bad home dye, hair washed 3 times in 24h, and tears before a wedding tomorrow.  Maddie settled me down, assessed the situation, then spent an hour conditioning and straightening my hair so that my red devil horns on my temples were hidden, and I looked like I'd actually been to a proper stylist.
As MOG I have a few more photo opps than the average wedding guest, and last night I was in tears as I searched for a hairdresser 2h away.
