These sessions offer a safe, understanding space where you can continue exploring your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. As an integrative counsellor, i adapt my approach to suit your individual needs, supporting you in a way that feels right for you.
Together, we can work through a range of difficulties that you are experiencing, during each session you will be heard without judgement. Each session is a chance to deepen your self-awareness, strengthen emotional fluidity, and move toward healing and balance in your life.

Ongoing Counselling Session

A full, immersive reiki experience that allows you to fully relax and reconnect with your inner self. This session supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and overall well-being, helping you feel grounded, balanced, and re-energized. A soothing experience for the mind, body and spirit.
An initial consultation of around 15-20 minutes is included to understand your needs and intentions for the session.

Reiki Healing- 60 Minutes

A shorter but deeply restorative session designed to help you release tension and re-balance your energy. Perfect if you're short on time but in need of calm and clarity or if you are in need of a top up from a previous deep reiki session. You'll leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and more at peace.
If it is your first time experiencing reiki, a 60- minute session is recommended to allow you to settle fully into the process

Reiki Healing- 30 minutes

A blend of talking therapy and energy healing to support your emotional and energetic well-being. The first part of the session focuses on gentle counselling- a space for you to talk, reflect, and explore what's been weighing on your mind. This is followed by a soothing Reiki treatment to help release emotional blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance throughout your body and mind.
This combined approach allows for both emotional insight and energetic release, helping you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned within yourself.
An initial 15-20 minute consultation is included if it is your first times experiencing Reiki to understand your needs and intentions for the session.

Counselling & Reiki Healing- 90 minutes

Your first session is a gentle introduction to the counselling process, this will be via video call or telephone.
As an integrative counsellor, i draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. We'll take time to talk through what has brought you here and what you would like support with. I'll ask a few questions to gain an understanding of you experiences, and we'll go through the counselling contract so you know what to expect from me and the services i provide.
I can work with a variety of struggles and issues, together, we'll begin to shape a plan or direction that feels supportive and aligned with your goals moving forward.

Initial Counselling Session (assessment)

Commit to your healing journey with a block of six sessions at a reduced rate.
This option is perfect if you're looking to build consistency and explore deeper layers of your thoughts and emotions over time.
Each session provides a safe, supportive space to work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, or trauma.
Sessions are to be used within 3 months of purchase.

Block Booking- 6 Counselling Sessions
