Since then, her path has woven through extensive practices and training in trauma-informed breathwork, somatic bodywork, reiki and mindfulness - all rooted in a deep understanding of the body’s innate wisdom to heal and restore. With a gentle and safe approach, Donna holds space for those ready to release the weight of life’s tender challenges—whether they stem from grief, trauma or the daily pressures that wear on your heart and soul.
