Infrared saunas have become wildly popular in recent times thanks to their ability to detox the body, increase immune system function, promote relaxation, improve sleep, stress reduction, and relief from joint aches and pains.

During the treatment you will be provided with a private sauna to yourself along with the option to stream Netflix, Stan, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime or Paramount Plus. You will be also provided with filtered water to refill your own drinking cartridge along with shower facilities. 

We recommend bringing your own towel and drinking cartridge, although we do sell our own branded spring water with reusable bottles and have towels for hire. 

For first time users we suggest starting with a 30 min treatment, hydrating before and having at minimum a small snack prior to commencement of treatment.

Cryospa’s salt room is a great place to calm and soothe your mind while enjoying some health benefits. Our salt room involves a wet salt treatment, with a saline solution that is nebulised by an ultrasound nebuliser to create very fine salt mists.

45 mins in this room is the perfect way to unwind and let the stress melt away with our scientifically proven music that aids in reducing anxiety and stress levels.

But there’s no need to dunk yourself into an ice bath, our cryotherapy chamber provides an easier way to do it. During this non-invasive hyper-cooling treatment, the body is immersed in air chilled to -145°C for up to three minutes. 

Cryotherapy provides a slew of health benefits but just to name a few, your staff will experience improved energy levels and mental clarity, lower stress levels plus muscle and joint pain relief. Lymphatic Drainage Massage 

Pregnancy is a very special phase but it also demands a lot from the woman’s body. Before birth, the baby is in formation and relies on the mother's immune system for protection against pathogens and infections. Lymphatic Drainage Massage helps detoxing and supporting the lymphatic system, which is part of the immune system. 
This session aims to reduce fluid retention, improve circulation and cellular oxygenation, which results in better absorption of nutrients to the baby and less swelling and discomfort to the Mum. 

Note: Please ask for medical clearance with your health practitioner before booking your lymphatic drainage massage. 

Pregnancy Lymph Drainage Massage 

Your lymphatic system is the key to healing, regenerating tissues and removing excess fluid from the body that might cause complications during the post-surgery recovery. Once the body experiences physical trauma, it requires extra work from the lymphatic system to handle all the excess fluid gained during the inflammation process. 
This session is ideal for the first six weeks of recovery and prepares your body for the follow-up maintenance sessions. It aims to reduce oedema and support the deep lymphatic system until the superficial layers are regenerating, so the body can recover faster during the healing time. 

Note: Please specify what type of surgery you’ve gone through and how many day/weeks. Same request if you are a new mum recovering from a c section. Always ask for medical clearance before booking your post-op lymphatic drainage massage. 

Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage Massage 

This session is ideal for those looking for an effective (and relaxing) way to exfoliate and prepare the skin before receiving the detox touch of a Lymphatic Drainage. Dry body brushing smooths skin texture making it easier to absorb the therapeutic properties of the massage oil and gives the extra help your body needs to improve circulation.
