My very first Colon Hydrotherapy session. I wasn't sure what to expect. My consultant was lovely and very informative, put me at ease and very caring. Note: You will be on the Colonic treatment machine for 40 minutes. We have scheduled this appointment for 1 hour 15 minutes as we need time to prepare the treatment room, to deep clean the machine and the treatment room afterwards. 

Preparation: 
- Please have a light meal the night before your appointment, try to avoid red meat, alcohol and sweets. 
- No solid food 2 hours before your appointment (light soup and herbal teas are fine). 

Colon Hydrotherapy- Returning client- 40 Minute Treatment 

Contraindications for Colonic Irrigation: 
* Diverticulitis, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis, Ischemic colitis, Severe hemorrhoids, Anal fissures, Kidney disease and Cancer. 
* Colon surgery in the past 1 year.
* Colonoscopy in the past 3 months.
* Any abdominal surgeries in the past 6 months. 
* During the first and the third trimester of pregnancy. 

Please consult with your doctor first if you have any serious health concerns.

Note: This treatment takes 30 minutes on the Bio- Cleanse machine. We have scheduled this appointment for 45 minutes as we need time to set up the machine at the beginning, also to clean the machine and the treatment room afterwards.   


Bio-Cleanse Detox - 30 Minute Treatment

NOTE: We need minimum 1 hour notice to preheat the sauna room. We have scheduled the sauna appointment for 1 hour, which allows time for you to have a shower after your sauna, and we need time to deep clean the treatment room afterwards. The timer for the sauna machine is set for 35 mins only.

We have scheduled the 2 people sauna appointment for 1 hour 15 minutes, which allows time for each of you to have a shower after your sauna, and we also need time to deep clean the treatment room afterwards. The timer for the sauna machine is set for 40 minutes only.
