Therapeutic Massage Therapy is not deep tissue massage, it is a style of massage which focuses on getting results and relaxing. Full body massage, therapist may work on specific areas of the body. Tools and or stretching techniques may also be used. The purpose of the massage is to achieve a therapeutic benefit in the body. Light to firm pressure. This is not a deep tissue massage .

- COUPLES MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Therapeutic massage but with a deep tissue massage, your therapist applies slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. Tools, Ointments and Stretching may also be used in the massage. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

This is a gentle, often deeply intuitive technique.
