The result of the treatment is pretty uneven and it is the first time, in 10 years in Bali, that I go to a salon where all the staff is so unfriendly. Not even a smile. Kadek looks totally bored by her job. Pretty unprofessional as she didn’t even know the difference between nanoplastica and keratin (ended telling me that keratin is just for blonde hair, total nonsense). I stayed at your place for almost 4 hours and I haven’t been offered at least a glass of water. Very poor experience and, regarding the result, waste of money.
