I booked in for 4 x ladies as part of the 'Saturday Ladies Day' special. On the website it did not indicate that only 2 ladies could attend at one time, leaving the other two to a separate session. I believe this should be indicated on the website as you need a 'minimum of 3' for the special. Unfortunately as we were not all at the same time we could not enjoy the experience together. One of the staff advised the second group she could get a Facial AND a Massage or a scrub AND a massage. She chose the facial option, but then wasn't told it was just a facial until afterwards (no massage).

The therapist was lovely ,grazing box and treatment was also beautiful. 
I struggled to relax afterwards as there were heaps of cobwebs and spiders on seats, especially in the toilets,  they needed attention. The pool didn't look very inviting either.
