Always great service and an awesome sauna!

Couldn’t find the place, it’s wasn’t signposted, turned out the guy who runs the cafe is managing the service. All good but unfortunately with the host also being the cafes only attendant his time was super rushed. How things worked wasn’t explained or clear and we had to pop back out to grab his help when the music system wasn’t connected. Super nice guy, he quickly fixed the issue, just not an ideal set up. A large panel came off in the sauna too, was told it’s okay… it’s not okay. Also only body wash offered & they’d run out. Great little hub around the venue though for food and drinks. 

I loved it, gave me extra time as well. Thank you 

Awesome space, really relaxing and the design of the room just made the whole experience. Would highly recommend to anyone on the coast looking for a great space 

Enjoy 50 minutes in our private Sunlighten Infrared Sauna, designed to support detoxification, muscle recovery, immune health, metabolism, and skin rejuvenation. Using the gentle yet powerful benefits of infrared heat, this session helps raise your core temperature to encourage a deep, therapeutic sweat.

What to Know Before You Book:
Each session is 50 minutes total – we recommend 40 minutes inside the sauna at around 60°C, allowing time before and after to shower and cool down.

A private shower is available for use before and after your session.

Please bring:
A towel to sit on (required)
Water to stay hydrated (essential)
