I booked for art and the tech couldn’t do anything I asked, not even simple letter or lines and a circle :( 
I’m a bit sad but it’s okay 

The tech got irritated when she could not find the colour I was asking for. She got my shape wrong and I had to change to Almond instead of coffin..when I asked for nail art the sticker I chose she broke when peeling it off the wrapper and just said sorry it's broken and didn't even attempt to offer an alternative..my nails turned "okay" but I service really sucked it felt rushed as if she just wanted to get donem. shout to reception for offering me coffee and always has the most friendliest smile and greetings
