First time I'd ever done a scalp treatment. Meghan explained everything thoroughly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The treatment felt so good and was really relaxing. Scalp spa treatments include a scalp massage that applies gentle pressure to pressure points (promoting increased blood circulation to the scalp) along with deep conditioning, aromatherapy, and hot towel/steam treatments.
During a head spa treatment, a hair therapist will use essential oils, scalp scrubs, and deep conditioning masks to exfoliate the scalp, remove excess oils and debris, and hydrate the hair follicles.

Things to do prior to your appointment:
-Waxing/Shaving should be completed 24 hours prior

-Exfoliate using a exfoliating mitt to remove any dry/dead skin 24 hours before appointment, focusing on dry areas such as knees, elbows and back of your ankles.

-Showering before you arrive is a must to remove any moisturiser, perfume and deodorant from
 the skin (the tan will turn green otherwise!)

-Also avoid washing your hair prior and using fragranced body scrubs

-Wear loose, dark clothing to the appointment to ensure tan does not get ruined
