I recently visited the Benessere Terme and tried out their sauna and ice bath. I must say, it was an incredible experience! The sauna was just the right temperature and had a great aroma. The ice bath was also refreshing and invigorating. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making the whole experience even better.
