Remedial massage is ideal for targeted healing and aims to treat localised aches and pain, injury management or other muscular issues that have developed over time. A remedial massage can get uncomfortable at times. It typically focuses on 1-2 areas of the body and also requires client participation such as getting on and off the table to do stretching or exercises. If you were looking for a full body massage or a treatment that uses firm pressure with a relaxing approach (no getting on and off the table) we recommend a deep tissue massage instead.
