We kindly ask all clients to make every effort to arrive on time for their appointments. Please plan your journey accordingly, considering travel time, parking, and traffic.

If you anticipate being late, please call us before your appointment time to inform your service provider.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time available.

• If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and considered a no-show.

In case of emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rubber Base: A flexible, elastic base that protects and repairs nails, ideal for those needing gentle reinforcement or to prevent splitting.

Your manicure includes nail shaping, cuticle care, application of your chosen gel overlay, and a glossy finish. Please note this service doesn’t include an extension of the nail but is  simply an overlay that mimics the length of your natural nails.
