Consultations are free to attend if you are looking to go ahead with treatment: . A £30 holding deposit is required when booking to protect against late cancellations within 48 hours. Your card will only be charged if the consultation is cancelled, rescheduled within 48 hours, or not attended, in line with our usual terms.

Alongside our blemish removal service, there are times when we encounter something that needs further assessment before we can safely proceed with treatment. Unfortunately, this process can involve long GP waiting times, and even then, a clear diagnosis isn’t always given.

To streamline this, we offer our Map My Mole service. This is not just a consultation - it is a dedicated appointment for taking Dermascope photographs of moles or blemishes, which are then sent for professional analysis. Each image is reviewed by a leading dermatologist, and a full written report is returned to the clinic.

This report allows us to:

Safely determine whether removal can go ahead in-clinic, or

Provide your GP with expert findings, potentially speeding up any onward referral if required.
