O nama
Conveniently situated off Holderness Road, regular bus route and plenty of free parking. Lesley runs a range of group yoga classes. Mondays is a gentle class, Wednesday we have chair based yoga, a full Hatha yoga class and an evening Wellbeing class which combines yoga with other holistic therapies. One Saturday a month we host a more in-depth look at yoga. Look out for our regular timetable of workshops too. Lesley also has a private treatment room for Sound healing, massage, Reiki and one to one yoga.
