Start off with some warm massage candle wax drizzled over your back and massaged in to soothe aching muscles.  Finish off with hot stones running over your back to relax you even further.  You will then have a heated lavender mask applied to your eyes, whilst your feet get a lovely soothing massage and heated booties placed on to keep them nice and toasty.
