When you calm, breath slowly and centre yourself your body can finally speak. It lets me know where your knots and tension lurks for me to work on it. This might be a full body massage or just back and back of legs. We need to just go with the flow!

A fusion of my main 3 powerhouses - essential oils, hot stones and lymphatic drainage used on painful areas in a 30 min blast.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of manual manipulation of the skin, not to be confused with massage, based on the hypothesis that it will encourage the natural drainage of the lymph.

A big part of the lymphatic system is located very close to the surface of the body, thus manual lymph drainage techniques are applied very effectively with much less pressure than regular massage.

MLD is intended to increase rhythmic contractions of the lymphatics and stimulate lymph nodes to enhance their activity so stagnant lymphatic fluid can be rerouted.

The typical session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Long-term maintenance is required for sustained edema control. If the therapist is unsure of anything, the physician must always be consulted. 

MLD was developed in Europe in the 1930s by Danish physiotherapists Estrid and Emil Vodder as a technique to control post-mastectomy lymphedema.

Soothe the Senses Scalp Massage

A blended scent will be mixed in front of you, depending on what your needs are right now. We can mix for emotional, physical, or spiritual needs or all 3. Bringing calm, peace, and balance to your world. The massage can be full body or focussing on just back, head and face. Again, depending on the blend and your needs.

Aromatherapy Massage

Most therapists have back and shoulders or full body as choices, however I know the body is a complex thing and sometimes needs work in other areas. Quite a few people lately are struggling with swollen ankles and legs so I focus on this area to help lymphatic drainage.
Sometimes migraines so I focus on scalp, face, neck and shoulders.
All you need to decide on is the time you have to spend bringing your body back into balance - 30 mins or 60 mins.

Swedish Massage

Using the power of warm basalt stones to penetrate and soften aching, knotted muscles. These can radiate and keep working for a good few hours after the treatment! 

Hot Stone Massage

A hands on deep cleanse, massage, exfoliate to really soothe the facial muscles, restore moisture and revive hydration levels, as well as the all important self care.
