O nama

Welcome to Alchemy Forest, a sanctuary of deep rejuvenation and holistic healing located in the heart of Dublin. As a passionate holistic therapist with a degree in Biology, I blend a scientific understanding of the body with the nurturing power of nature to restore true harmony between your mind and spirit. I specialize in advanced manual facial therapies—including Kobido, Zoga Face Integration, and Facial Reflexology. These sophisticated, structural methods work deeply within the muscles and fascia to lift, sculpt, and rejuvenate from within, offering a powerful, completely natural alternative to Botox, fillers, and invasive aesthetic procedures. Beyond advanced facial aesthetics, I offer grounding body therapies, therapeutic cupping, and nervous system regulation designed to dissolve chronic stress and unravel stubborn muscular knots. Step inside to experience a tranquil, secure, and deeply peaceful atmosphere where high-end professional expertise helps you return to a state of profound physical lightness and balance.

Sylvia is a dedicated knowledgeable therapist which reflects in her work. As she worked on my fascia I could feel the release in my lover back and legs! So my next appointment with Sylvia will be a full body treatment. I highly recommend recommend Sylvia.

I love going to treatments with Sylwia. Sylwia is both professional and knowledgeable with a passion for learning which i admire. She is also very personable. I had a soft tissue massage today which was both thorough and refreshing. Sylwia is always open to including in the massage areas that you are having issues with which is always appreciated. Today i felt a million dollars afterwards refreshed and relaxed

I’ve now had two Deep Myofascial treatments at Alchemy Forest and both experiences have been truly wonderful. Each treatment was carried out with such attentiveness, knowledge and sensitivity. I really appreciated the combination of deep understanding of the body, detailed work and the feeling of being genuinely looked after throughout the whole session. I’m very grateful for the care, expertise and attention to detail, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Alchemy Forest to anyone looking for thoughtful and deeply nurturing bodywork. Thank you Sylvia 🌺

Sylwia has amazing intuition finding the stuck or gripping fascia and which points to work on to allow release. Often she would be feeling across a muscle group and I would think, oh there feels different, and a second later she would stop and identify that this was a point of restriction. She was caring and communicative, checking often about pressure and pain levels. Her reflexology session is the true form, identifying areas of the body out of alignment or in distress via points on the sole of the foot. Will definitely be going back next time I am in Dublin
