The session includes hot towels (optional), side lying light to medium pressure hands on massage, very light aromatherapy (optional), choice of cream or oil, light stretching and focused time on areas of concern. The option of a pregnancy bolster for face down or a side lying position propped with king sized pillows is offered.

60 minutes of Traditional Chinese Fire Cupping with glass blow borosilicate cups that easily glide over the skin. This is a maintenance session to keep up with the ongoing benefits of cupping. The practitioner flashes a flame inside the cup to create a vaccum that pulls the body's tissues into the glass for muscular decompression. Cupping is also good for detoxing stagnant lymph and cellular debris by boosting circulation. The cupping marks are not actual bruises and can range from white to dark red or light purple. 

60 minutes Fire Cupping 

30 minutes of Traditional Chinese Fire Cupping with glass blow borosilicate cups that easily glide over the skin. This service is ideal for clients who have not received massage therapy for a long time. Two hours allows more time for the body to acclimate to deep tissue techniques. Additional hot towels are incorporated into this service along with the option for essential oils. (Requires consultation prior, only available to existing clients. Please call or email.)

This session is ideal for anyone new to Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage or those who want to maintain routine massage sessions.  The session includes a hot towel treatment and the option for essential oils.

1 hour Ashiatsu Massage

90 minutes of Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage 
This session is ideal for those who need more time to unwind, those who have dense musculature that takes more time to release, or the regular who is active and aims to maintain superb mobility. This session includes a hot towel service and the option for essential oils.
