Getting started
Track performance across all major areas of your business using Fresha’s reporting tool, available at two levels:
- Standard reporting:
Free access to powerful core reporting with valuable data. - Insights:
Available as an optional paid feature to explore sharable data in a new way with advanced features, tools, and premium reports.
Before managing Insights, if you are a team member we recommend reaching out to the workspace owner to request permission for Account setup.
What’s included in Insights
Enhance your reports with a set of game-changing features. Upgrading to Insights unlocks the ability to extract meaningful insights in a new way.
Insights allow you to:
- Access 6 additional premium reports.
- Create custom reports to track your preferred data.
- Control which reports each team member can access.
Upgrading to Insights
Insights is available as an optional paid feature with a monthly subscription fee, based on the total number of bookable team members within your business.
To upgrade to Insights:
- Open Add-ons.
- Under Insights, click on View.
- From the sign-up page, click Continue.
- Click Continue from the Insights sign-up page.
- Review your payment method and total monthly cost. You can click Change to update the payment card.
- Click Enable to activate this add-on.
- Select Done once Insights is enabled to start exploring.

Canceling Insights
To cancel your Insights subscription or free trial:
- Open Add-ons.
- Under Insights, click Manage.
- Click Options and select Disable add-on.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu under Why are you disabling?
- Click Disable now to confirm your cancellation.
FAQs
- When you make new team member bookable, they will be included in the next billing cycle.
- When you make a team member unbookable, they will not be included in the next billing cycle.
Insights is available through a monthly subscription. You can find pricing details for all of Fresha's paid features and add-ons, including Insights, on our pricing page.
When you activate Insights, you'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current month. From the next billing cycle, the full monthly rate will apply.
If you decide to cancel, the charge will be calculated based on your activation date up to the end of that month.
It can take from 20 minutes to 1 hour for data in each dashboard and report to refresh. You can find a timestamp for when the data was last updated at the top of each page.
Anyone with permission for Account setup for your business account can sign up for Insights.
The Insights subscription fee is determined by the total count of bookable team members within your business account.
No, to enable or cancel Insights, you need to log in to your Fresha account using a web browser.
